Interim Policy

The temporary NIL rules adopted by the NCAA on June 30, 2021, that allow athletes to monetize their NIL. Called "interim" because the NCAA expected Congress to pass a federal NIL law - which still hasn't happened - so these temporary rules remain the governing framework.
