NIL Agreement (RallyFuel)

The actual contract that gets created when conditions are met and fuel converts into a real deal. It's a formal agreement between the athlete and RallyFuel (or its affiliate) covering endorsement, appearance, or content deliverables. The agreement's value equals the Total Fuel minus platform fees. Athletes must fulfill the deliverables outlined in the agreement.
