Roster Limits

Caps on how many scholarship athletes can be on a team. These limits got restructured as part of the House v. NCAA settlement alongside revenue sharing and NIL rules. They matter for NIL because fewer roster spots means more competition - and potentially more NIL money concentrated among fewer athletes per program.
