Third-Party NIL Deal

Any NIL deal between an athlete and someone who isn't their school - brands, businesses, collectives, individuals, you name it. This is the type of deal that must be reported through NIL Go when it hits $600 or more. The "third-party" distinction matters because schools can now also pay athletes directly through revenue sharing, which is a separate system.
